29:42like a like a tab or whatever the hell that is and there was this one it was like the library and i figured out and basically on the top of it it would say how many hours of music you have so like like it would scan your whatever my music folder or something like that and i was like i remember i was like when i went up to like 100 and then like 200 300 hours i was just like super proud at that point i didn't even know what kind of music i had i was just like anyone had music i was like i was just like bring me some bring me a dvd for music it was fine stuff it in there i was just addicted to having like that do you remember when uh itunes actually also showed that it would say days like you have two days yeah yeah days exactly yeah yeah the days yeah and then i remember now we use uh streaming to finish the story

30:22there's also a little embarrassing thing for me is that i remember then i think it was either that summer or another summer where i was like oh tim relax with music i should do this as well and so then i felt like i brought my ipod or something one one time when i was over i was like oh i'm relaxing with my own music yeah oh did you did you relax no i just wanted to be cool checking if i'm looking that's good it's good to relax with music that's my teenage my teenage years of being uh you know a little little emotional little little child but you were my walk but you weren't emotional that outwardly that much though no no

31:02i guess i guess it's emotionally it's more like you know like oh i'm a teenager hey it's all part of growing up it's like oh i have to do things my parents tell me and i don't want to do them i'll put on this ah yeah i'll put on this new metal record and i'll be like yeah scream into my ears let my sorrow flow through that's about it that's as much as emotional i would get but i think yeah everyone goes through something like that but uh i was actually uh at a um lecture from this psychologist yesterday and she said like the best thing you can do uh with your kids when they become like teenagers and stuff is to uh

31:42give them to play sports right any kind of like oh it helps so much yes because uh um the anxiety you have like well let's say you have rage or whatever inside of you and you need to just like build up tension or something like that use that energy somehow especially boys because you're like groaning and there's like because boys are distosterone starts to kick in and everything and you have so much energy pent up inside you and if you're just like me sitting at home relaxing to music listening to lincoln park crawling in my skin that's not gonna go anywhere you're just gonna be like you're just gonna be like me like awake until like 4 a.m thinking about like something random
